The tag for the pdfTM is incorrect. Jus thought you’d want to know. Can’t give you feedback I’m just donwloading it.

Hi Mike,

Content differences are negligible. The only real changes are improved fonts and bookmarking for the chapter headers and a couple of slightly improved pictures.
