I believe you will find the book to be very helpful, Christopher. It’s a great resource for me, even though I’ve been using Twitter, and feeling pretty comfortable with it, for a year or so.

Thank you for this advice. My initial impression–oh, less than a month ago, I guess–was that Twitter is only for harried people trying to do so much that nothing is done well, and having only recently begun using Facebook, I felt I didn’t need a watered-down–or so it seemed–version of the same thing. I’ve come to see it differently by now, but haven’t yet figured out how to use it efficiently or find the ideal tweeters to follow for my particular interests. I hope this book will accelerate the process.

The Twitter Book just went to the top of my list.
Twitter is the only social media I teach alongside my classes on blogging, so this is going to be a good resource. People who are “new to it all” appreciate something in print!
