I have a bunch of tech/productivity/life-management type blogs bookmarked, but yours has always been on my short list of "must read" blogs that I check every few days. I appreciate the value you have added to my life. I can fully understand the need to step back and take real breaks... but I hope you'll be back!

Hi Bruce,

I just want to thank you sincerely for all the efforts you have done in writing this blog. It is one of the few blogs I actually set aside time to follow and I find the information on it really useful and applicable to my life. I hope you will continue the good work you have done here.

Hello Bruce, when I read your last post 'A Fork in the Road' the only instant fear coming to my mind is you could indeed discontinue your blog. Contrary to your opinion I feel your blog was more standing out from all the noise and comes mature and experienced. That's why I kept reading all the time while deleting other subscriptions. Don't give up.

Well-said Robyn. So many of our fears are irrational ones, and ones we don't even realize we have, but as you said, they lead to unfulfilled lives and missed opportunities and much more.

This is a great post. I see many people live unfulfilling lives because they fear being rejected or failing or just getting hurt. Most of us don't realize that failure to act causes more pain in the long-run when we realize the many missed opportunities. We can never get rid of fear, as its human nature, but we must accept it as part of our instinct.
