I’ve been a user of the most popular Pocket PC and Palm personal information managers (PIMs) for a long time: Pocket Informant and Agenda Fusion (Pocket PC) and Agendus Pro, DateBk6, and Beyond Contacts (Palm). Although each of these fine products has strengths and weaknesses, in comparison to the others, all are powerful, and I like all of them. Recently I became aware of a relatively new PIM, Agenda One, and thought I would give it a try. I was so impressed with its ease of setup and clean interface that I thought I’d do a writeup here for those who might be looking for a simple, clean, but powerful PIM.
It was clear to me from the first launch of this app that it was designed from the bottom up to (1) fully support one-handed operation, which is great for Smartphone use, (2) be easy to setup and customize, and (3) provide a clean, nice-looking interface. A few screenshots should illustrate nicely:
At the bottom of the screen in every view of Agenda One is a View selection. Tapping this (or selecting it with a button press) pops up a screen showing the available views:

The views are Today, Agenda (the one that is greyed), Week, Month, Tasks, Contacts, and Search. Tapping on any one of these of course switches to that view.
For each view there is an easily-selectable menu item that enables you to customize the view. The following screenshot shows such a customization menu for the Week View.

Just to show how clean looking the interface is, I’ll show one more screenshot, this one of the Week View:

This PIM has everything that most users would need or want in a PIM. It lacks some advanced features found its bigger brother, Agenda Fusion, and in Pocket Informant (such as project management aids). But, for those looking for a simple and clean interface, this could be seen as an advantage.
If this seems like an app that you might be looking for, you might want to test drive a trial version of Agenda One.
