Dan my friend, I am glad you liked the article. The incident with the football team really drives the point home, doesn't it?
Thanks for commenting!

Bruce, really appreciated the reminder of this blog post -- a reminder that we need to consider civility. It is all to easy to get caught up in the fight and step on other people (companies) for our own advancement. We see so much of this in business, politics, the work place, sports, etc. Can't we actually stop and root for the other guy to succeed sometimes. This post has given me pause to evaluate my own life. Thanks! "I needed that!!"

It reminds me of an event I read about this past year of a football team from a troubled boys school who played another team. The players on the boy's school couldn't believe the other team and cheerleaders were actually cheering for them on plays and touchdowns. They were used to hostility. Maybe try a little kindness?! Great post.
