Thanks, Bruce. I really hope so. I've signed up to be added to the list of beta testers for the new web companion. Hopefully, I'll get an invite soon!

Hi Thomas,

Sinful me, I still haven't tried out the web companion syncing, and have been really lazy this week ... I would suspect though that it addresses the sync issue you noted at the end.

Thanks for sharing!

Neat, Bruce. I love eWallet and have used it on my Palm as well as my Pocket PC. I would love for them to come out with a BlackBerry version, now that they're going to also take over FlexWallet (which has a BB version).

I'm looking forward to the web companion program, since there is no BlackBerry version yet. I hope that they'll add a native client to the BB eventually, so all my data is in sync across platforms. I also like that you can synchronize your data to a secure backup location, such as your own server that supports SFTP (secure transfer).

The only issue I have with the synchronization is that it only works via the desktop program - I cannot have the sync work directly from the BB (at least in version 5, haven't tried out version 6 yet). This is excellent, though. Thanks for sharing!
