While I hadn’t planned on posting anything on Good Friday, I got to thinking that an Easter tune might be a good thing to post. So I recorded a short version of Were You There. Then, I figured I’d go ahead and record a couple of other tunes while I was at it. Here they are:
- Were You There
- Don’t Know What To Call It, a short tune I made up. It’s a pretty simple tune, so somebody probably made it before I did. Hence, if you know that someone made it up first, let me know and I’ll investigate and change the title as appropriate.
- The Coca Cola Tune. Many years ago, a Coca Cola commercial made this song popular for a while. I’ve always called it the “Coca Cola Tune,” but I think it’s real name is “I’d Like To Teach The World To Sing.”
- Something You Can Name, I think this is a Keener original, but it is such a simple tune that somebody may have beat me to it. If so, you can tell the name. Hey, if I was the first one to write it, reckon I could make a million off of it? How about 28 cents? Anyway, enjoy.
