This weekend I received an email requesting a copy of the ListPro checklist that I use in my weekly planning sessions. Since I know that many of our readers like ListPro, I decided to share this checklist with any of you who are interested in it: Weekly Review Checklist for ListPro
Of course this checklist uses my Roles, but it is easy enough for you to change them to fit your Roles. The Notes elements are empty in this checklist, but you can easily add notes to each item. For example, for each role, you could have a note that explains your overall purpose and key objectives for that role. It’s nice to be reminded of this from time to time. For a snapshot of the checklist:

A useful post! I learn about ListPro (which looks like it adds lots of useful features over the default task list program) and I see how you keep your life properly focused. Maybe if I’d actually gotten through Covey’s book (he takes so long to get to the point) I would have learned about how to use roles. But this screen shot certainly speaks 1000 words. Thank you!
Thank you, Jeremy. I always appreciate hearing from you.
Covey can be a little long-winded, but his book really is good. If you get a chance to finish it someday, I think you’ll be pleased to have done so (despite his wordiness).
Thanks for the feedback!
