Search engine misdirects

I have noticed that a few folks are searching for very specific topics, and yet landing on a general category page instead of on the page that addresses the searched topic. For example, I have seen an example where someone would do a Google search for “customize smartphone menu” and would land on our Smartphone Category page instead of on a page that specifically addresses the topic of Smartphone Menu Customization.

I do not know what is causing this, but I know the search engine algorithms are very good, so I assume that I have done something that is causing such misdirects. I am trying to figure out the cause, and apologize for any inconvenience.
