Thomas R. Hall recently told me about a great productivity site: ZenHabits.
I checked it out and am very impressed with it. Today’s article is particularly interesting in that it gives a showdown between Simple*ology and GTD (Getting Things Done).
The site also has numerous other interesting articles. It’s well worth your time to check it. I’ve added a link to it in the right sidebar.
I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that I had not heard of Simple*ology before, so it’s also great for me to be learning about this rather neat-sounding system.
Please let me know about any other links you think we should add to the right sidebar.

Hey Bruce,
Great recommendation, Leo’s ZenHabits.net is an excellent site indeed. It’s amazing what a following he’s gotten in less than 4 months!
Simpleology is a really, really powerful system. Jennifer and I have been using it for the past year+, and I can’t imagine a productive day that I don’t start with Simpleology.
Best part, you can download it completely free and start today. Just don’t get overwhelmed by all the worksheets. Once you do it for a few days it gets very simple (read: minor learning curve), and you won’t want to go without it.
What makes it so powerful is that each day you’re FOCUSING ON what you need to do to reach your goals rather than fending off all the distractions we’re constantly assaulted with.
Have an awesome day!
Dan
Thanks for sharing, Dan!
It’s very inspiring to read how ZenHabits got started. Leo is just a regular guy, and if you read his justification behind why he started doing what he does, you’ll be very impressed. I know I was. He also has accomplished some amazing things in a year! Glad you enjoyed the site.
Thanks again, Thomas for telling me about Leo's site. I'll read up on his history: I love “regular guy does well” stories.
